What is BCOOL Return Policy?

Our "100% Customer Satisfaction Program" allows for easy returns and refunds for:

  • 1. If your packing is broken then you have to capturing the video before opening the packing and send it to the given WhatsApp number, Only after that the return request will be processed.

  • 3. please including your order number and reason for return

  • 4. We will accept return with in 24 Hours after delivered product. Once your claim is approved by our team, your refund process will be done in 7 official working days.

 

How to Return an order?

The customer should Return a courier within 2 days of delivery, otherwise, we will not accept the return Request. 

Note :  Once you Receive parcel then after please take a video of parcel while open it.
